Development of the 5 star Dream Hotel on Old Airport Road in Doha, Qatar. The project covers the construction of an 8 story tower comprising of 304 hotel rooms, 7 F&B outlets, indoor and outdoor swimming pools
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Construction of fire rated composite aluminum canopies, balconies, ventilated facade system, feature Art Deco fins, and decorative screens
- Installation of aluminum doors and windows with acoustic insulation
