THE PROJECT:
Palou Tower is a luxurious 24 floor residential building in Ramlet El Bayda, with a full sea view and airport view from all rooms. The tower also includes an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor rooftop swimming pool, a gymnasium, spa, and children play area.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Hartman thermal brake profile was used to ensure strength and low thermal transfer against high wind pressure and heat influence.
